Refund Eligibility Criteria

We understand that market volatility education is a significant investment, and sometimes circumstances change. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under these conditions:

  • Requests made within 14 days of program enrollment
  • Less than 25% of course materials have been accessed
  • Technical issues preventing access to learning platform (documented cases)
  • Medical circumstances requiring withdrawal from the program
  • Duplicate enrollment or billing errors on our part
  • Program cancellation due to insufficient enrollment

After the 14-day period or once 25% of materials are accessed, we offer pro-rated refunds based on unused portions of the program. Each case gets individual review because we know everyone's situation is different.

Important Notice

Refunds are not available for completed programs, downloaded materials that can be retained, or one-on-one coaching sessions that have already occurred. However, we're always willing to discuss alternative solutions if you're facing unexpected challenges.

The refund process is straightforward. We've designed it to be as simple as possible because we don't want administrative hurdles when you're already dealing with changing circumstances.

  • Include your full name, enrollment date, and program details
  • Briefly explain your reason for requesting the refund
  • Provide any supporting documentation if applicable (medical, technical issues, etc.)
  • We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps

Different Refund Scenarios

Not every situation is the same, so we handle refunds based on specific circumstances:

Full Refunds (100%): Available for requests within 14 days with minimal course access, technical problems we can't resolve, or our billing errors.

Partial Refunds (Pro-rated): Calculated based on unused portions of the program. If you've completed 40% of materials, you'd be eligible for a 60% refund of tuition fees.

Medical Withdrawals: We offer flexible options including full refunds, program transfers to future dates, or extended access periods depending on your situation.

Program Modifications: If we significantly change program content or scheduling, you can choose a full refund or transfer to an alternative program at no extra cost.

Payment Methods & Processing

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for enrollment. Here's what to expect:

  • Credit Cards: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days for processing
  • PayPal: Usually processed within 24-48 hours
  • Corporate/Institutional Payments: 7-10 business days due to additional processing requirements

If your original payment method is no longer available (expired card, closed account), we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. This might take a few extra days but we'll make sure you receive your refund.
